Location:

• Round Rock, Texas

Duties:

• Draft and prepare legal documents related to family law matters

• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and precedents

• Analyze financial documents for asset and debt division

• Support senior counsel in strategy, settlement, and hearing preparation

• Attend hearings, depositions, and client meetings

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Texas legal standards and court procedures

• Communicate empathetically and effectively with clients

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (active and in good standing)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Texas Bar License (required)

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting

• Knowledge of Texas Family Code and related procedures

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to case developments

• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic client approach

• Familiarity with local court rules and filing protocols
