A law firm seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its practice group in Philadelphia, PA; Northern New Jersey; New York, NY; Boston, MA; Stamford, CT; or Wilmington, DE. This role involves representing national and international insurance clients across various complex coverage areas, including general liability, professional liability, environmental, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters.

Duties

• Represent clients in complex insurance coverage matters.
• Manage a diverse and challenging caseload.
• Collaborate with a team on national and international cases.
• Engage in both state and federal court litigation.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Bar in good standing in PA, NJ, NY, MA, CT, or DE.
• Civil litigation experience in state and federal courts preferred.
• Experience in insurance coverage matters is advantageous.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• 3-8 years of experience in insurance-related legal work preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in one of the specified states.
