Duties:

• Handle and assess personal injury cases from intake through resolution, before litigation

• Draft and negotiate settlement communications with insurance carriers and third parties

• Evaluate medical records, damages, and legal issues to determine case value

• Collaborate with clients through consistent updates and strategy sessions

• Attend internal legal team meetings and contribute to team-based approaches

• Ensure all matters align with ethical standards and firm protocols

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Colorado

• Strong command of Colorado personal injury law, including subrogation, UM/UIM coverage, and related statutes

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, particularly with clients

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado Bar in good standing

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of pre-litigation case development

• Familiarity with legal concepts such as medical causation and statutory notification requirements

• Proficiency in analyzing insurance benefits and claim structures

• Capable of managing high case volumes without compromising accuracy or care

• Strong organization and time management to maintain a strict work-life boundary
