Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer

The candidate will troubleshoot and solve advanced and complex problems as they arise. Work independently on assigned projects. as well as effectively and cooperatively with administrators, staff, users. Should have 5+ years designing and implementing Microsoft solutions. In-Depth understanding of the implementation and administration processes to support the Office 365 suite of products (Azure AD, O365 Groups, Office.com, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive) etc. is required. Exchange Online, to include OME & S/MIME Encryption, DKIM, DMARC and SPF concepts is required. Proficiency in O365/EXO PowerShell, automation, and optimization of manual processes is required. Exchange Online / On-Premises hybrid configuration and management is required. Azure AD, Active Directory & ADFS infrastructure, integration, and support is required. Working knowledge of Windows 10, Office, and Microsoft 365 integration points is required. Understand migration and administrative tools is required. Good understanding of networking concepts is required. Experience utilizing available tools to assist in reporting and alerting, including Graph API, Teams API, Power Automate, PowerShell and other scripting languages is preferred. Knowledge of scripting languages for automated service deployments (e.g. PowerShell) is preferred.
