A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Livingston, NJ. The firm is looking for two motivated individuals: one with experience in New York Labor Law and/or New York Personal Injury, and another as a New Jersey General Litigation Attorney. The role involves managing complex personal injury cases and providing top-tier legal services.

Duties

• Manage a caseload of complex personal injury cases from intake through verdict or settlement.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to your practice area.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the bar.
• Minimum of 2-6+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
