Duties:

• Manage and handle insurance defense cases, focusing on auto insurance claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Develop and implement case strategies and prepare for trial.
• Review and analyze insurance policies and coverage issues related to auto claims.

• Provide legal advice and recommendations to clients regarding defense strategies and case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage issues.

Certifications:
