Duties

• Draft sophisticated legal documents, including marital settlement agreements and motions.
• Provide expert legal guidance and formulate comprehensive case strategies.
• Analyze complex financial documents, including tax returns and financial statements.
• Negotiate and execute complex settlements with clients and opposing counsel.
• Manage an independent caseload and meet critical deadlines autonomously.
• Conduct legal research and maintain an understanding of evolving family law.
• Represent the firm with professionalism and independence.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing family law.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and legal principles.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex financial arrangements.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
