Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Investigations, White Collar, and Fraud/Litigation group in Washington, DC. This non-partner track position offers the opportunity to focus on substantive legal work without the demands of business generation or partnership pursuits.

Duties

• Oversee and participate in document review projects, including e-discovery and privilege reviews.
• Manage document and second-level review teams.
• Assist with managing case files and organizing evidence.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Prepare, review, and revise legal documents.
• Draft client correspondence and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and good standing in the state of practice.
• 1-3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a large law firm.
• Expertise in Relativity and legal technology applications.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms.
• Experience with project and vendor management.
• Knowledge of e-discovery processes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
