Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Experience with thermodynamics, electro-mechanical products, and/or HVAC systems.
• Registered with the USPTO.
• Knowledge of other intellectual property forms is a plus.

Education

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.
