Duties

• Handle all phases of litigation through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Develop and implement case strategy in collaboration with partners and clients.
• Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and firm expectations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Active Bar Membership.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience (civil/commercial, etc.).
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education
