The candidate should have 5+ years’ experience in the areas of probate administration, corporate and business transactions, estate/trust administration, and guardianship administration. Advanced Certification as a paralegal and/or in areas of Probate or Estate Planning preferred. Knowledge and experience in drafting probate and guardianship pleadings, trust administration documents, formation of LLCs and other business entities, and interfacing with clients and court staff is ideal. Should have familiarity with accounting and estate account bookkeeping is preferred.
