Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft motions.
• Argue motions in court and manage discovery processes.
• Participate in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance and construction claims.
• Manage a team of paralegals and support staff.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in mediation, arbitration, and insurance claims preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven track record in settling cases.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Skills

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience in conducting depositions and trials.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
