Requirements

• At least 5-10 years of experience in a law firm on estate planning and probate law issues.
• Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations.

Education

• Undergraduate degree with a legal background.
• Juris Doctor degree required.

Certifications

• Member in good standing and actively involved with the American Bar Association (ABA).
