Responsibilities
Humana is seeking an individual to provide support for its expansion of Primary Care Provider (PCP) value-based programs, they will collaborate with business partners, market leadership and staff to achieve success in the value-based space. This individual will be responsible for educating market associates, business partners and leadership about our PCP programs, developing and maintaining resource documents and driving engagement through collecting, analyzing and sharing data with internal and external stakeholders.
Develops and manages PCP Quality Recognition Program education resources, including necessary approvals.
Facilitates and/or supports education and engagement sessions for associates and providers as needed
Leads and/or assists in ad hoc projects as identified to support education and engagement efforts
Analyzes, interrupts and communicates education and engagement results to internal and external stakeholders
Develops and/or supports internal and external program surveys
Manages the SharePoint Site, including a revamp of the current site and continued maintenance of the site and content
Required Qualifications
2 years of demonstrated project or program management experience and partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Adept in using technology and facilitation techniques to influence the content knowledge and development of learners through virtual settings
Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to mid to large size audience including Senior Level Management
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Direct experience in value-based care and/or population health management
Healthcare contracting, network management or provider relation experience with a large payer or provider group
Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning
Familiar with Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and Patient Safety measures
Mid-High level experience using the following software platforms: Salesforce, Survey Monkey, SharePoint Online, Service Fund, SQL and/or SAS
Self-motivated and forward thinking, capable of proving valuable input in various group settings
Additional Information
Location: This role will be a permanent 'Work at Home (WAH) position, however, it may require minimal travel for trainings or meetings once travel restrictions are lifted.
Hours: The hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm EST, with flexibility outside of regular hours to meet business needs as required.
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings.
Must provide a high-speed DSL or able modem for workspace. A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance is required.
