Duties

• Assist with pre-litigation cases, including demand preparation and settlement negotiations.
• Shadow experienced attorneys to learn firm processes and client communication strategies.
• Manage client communications and resolve issues professionally and timely.
• Take direction from managing attorneys and execute tasks with attention to detail.
• Prepare to transition into litigation with foundational knowledge of case development.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Previous legal internship or clerkship experience in personal injury, litigation, or negotiation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills
