OFFICE MANAGER

Law firm, ten person office, seeks FT or PT (24 hours) Office Manager immediately, to handle a wide range of administrative tasks related to Human Resources and General Office Management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or office manager. Law office experience is a plus, although not required

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizing and follow up to completion

Excellent written and oral communication skills

High level of proficiency with MS Applications (Outlook, Word)

Resourceful, personable team player, willing and quick learner, who can multitask and work independently as part of a fast-paced environment

Salary commensurate with experience.
