Job Overview:

The Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for managing various aspects of personal injury cases, including legal research, drafting complaints, court appearances, and client communication. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of cases effectively.

Duties:

• Marketing for new cases
• Handling intake calls
• Ordering and organizing medical records
• Managing paralegals in an HR capacity (timecards, etc.)
• Court appearances
• Billing time
• Heavy legal research, drafting complaints, or extensive legal writing

Requirements:

• North Carolina Bar license
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage time effectively
• Moderate capabilities for technology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in personal injury law or related fields
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar
