Duties

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

• Conduct legal research and case strategy analysis

• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, and trials

• Work both independently and collaboratively with legal teams

• Engage with clients to provide counsel and updates

• Prepare and review discovery documents

• Contribute to case strategy in high-pressure, complex matters

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in civil litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage cases in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• High-level written and oral advocacy skills

• Commitment to client-focused, ethical legal practice

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
