Lateral Associate - IP Litigation

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a lateral associate to join its IP Litigation team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have graduated from law school between 2019 and 2022, with strong credentials and experience in patent and/or technical trade secret litigation.

Duties

• Engage in complex IP litigation cases.
• Collaborate with a team on patent and trade secret disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in PTAB disputes.

Requirements

• Top law school credentials.
• Experience in IP litigation, particularly patent and trade secret cases.
• Clerkship experience, especially CAFC, is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar fields preferred.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
