Duties

• Lead client communications and set expectations.
• Direct investigation and evidence development.
• Drive medical record and billing collection and analysis.
• Draft persuasive demands for insurance carriers.
• Negotiate settlements aggressively and intelligently.
• Collaborate with case managers to support clients.
• Maintain clean documentation and adhere to deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years handling plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation matters.
• Confidence in evaluating liability and damages.
• Strong demand writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Bar license in Colorado; multi-state a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a major plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
