Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and related family law proceedings

• Manage family law caseloads independently from initial consultation through resolution

• Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery materials

• Advocate for clients in hearings, mediations, and trials

• Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure case efficiency

• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding case status

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice based on current statutes and case law

• Uphold ethical standards and adhere to all professional guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience practicing family law (minimum experience level typically expected in active litigation roles)

• Strong courtroom presence and litigation capabilities

• Self-motivated, assertive, and solution-oriented personality

• Ability to manage multiple active case files simultaneously

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania
