• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, depositions, and administrative hearings.

• Develop legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Ensure compliance with relevant labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Connecticut Bar.

• Experience handling personal injury and labor/employment law cases.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent negotiation skills and legal research capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience in a law firm setting is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:
