The candidate will be responsible for managing intellectual property (IP) portfolio. Duties include: managing all aspects of the Inteum database, coordinating communications with external patent counsel, processing and recording of inventions, patent applications, patents, assignments, managing annuities, reporting to NIH and other patent related duties as needed. Additional duties include managing the license portfolio, shipping/export control compliance, managing data and reports for all business development related activities, functioning as Notary Public, and various administrative functions.
