The candidate will review, interpret, and summarize conflict report results. Will also analyze and resolve potential legal and business conflicts. Will implement information barriers and ensure proper notification to affected personnel have a High school diploma. 4 years experience in conflicts or new business intake department within a law firm or three years of paralegal or similar experience. Experience writing and communicating in a business environment in order to present information in a concise and meaningful end product. Excellent verbal and written business communication skills, with demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions while maintaining a customer service-oriented manner. Ability to apply critical thinking in evaluating different conflict scenarios or outcomes, and be adaptable to changes in the procedures or direction. Meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to prioritize and multitask, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-level work products. Ability to identify data integrity issues and subsequently resolve them appropriately. Bachelor’s degree or a Paralegal certificate. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines. Strong customer focus and analytical skills. Experience with intake and conflicts software.
