Duties

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in North Carolina or South Carolina (or ability to become licensed quickly).
• Experience in estate planning, elder law, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable guiding sensitive conversations.
• Detail-oriented with sound legal judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
