Account Resolution Specialist-Collector
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, and taking inbound calls. Notifying and/or locating consumers with delinquent accounts and attempt to secure payments according to compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the firm's guidelines, and client standards. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Should preferably have 1+ years of consistent work experience required, in hospitality field, customer service, call center or sales experience.
