The candidate should have 8 + yearsof general corporate experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general commercial transactions; experience with private equity transactions a plus. Should have strong interpersonal skills with superior judgment, the ability to work well with a team, effectively handle multiple projects, and articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Must be licensed and in good standing in Michigan or Illinois, or eligible for admission by examination or waiver.
