Description:
Assistant Maintenance Manager
Gonnella Baking Company is seeking a full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager. Applicants must have previous maintenance supervisor/management experience. They should possess expertise with high speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, basic I/O, machine control, and some PLC's experience. CMMS experience is a plus. Basic computer skills are required.
Candidates should be prepared to work 2nd or 3rd shift as well as weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. We are looking for skilled team members who have a minimum of 3-5 years experience and possess strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting abilities, and maintenance management experience.
Experience in electrical and mechanical work in a manufacturing environment, preferably a bakery. A relatively high level of analytical ability is required in order to find solutions to difficult technical problems. Work requires the ability to read, write and to perform basic math calculations, prepare reports, keep records, and effectively manage other people.
