Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, strengthening existing relationships, and driving referral volume from legal channels. This role requires in-person visits, presentations, and consistent territory management, with an emphasis on building trust and positioning our services as the go-to solution for PI clients in need of diagnostic care.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to grow referral volume from attorneys in the personal injury space.
Conduct in-person visits to law firms.
Present our services and educate potential partners on lien-based care, case coordination, and patient convenience options (mobile clinics, telehealth, transportation, weekend hours).
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted resource for their PI case medical needs.
Maintain a consistent call schedule and track all sales activities in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new referral sources.
Attend networking events, legal/medical conferences, and community functions to expand brand presence.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
