Job location: Different jobsites in Greater Kelowna area, BC



What we offer:

• Full-time, permanent position, 30 hours per week

• Hourly wage of $27.50 CAD

• Extended health coverage



Requirements:

• Previous experience: 2-3 years

• Good English

• Completion of high school



Job duties:

• Accurately measure interior walls and ceilings to be drywalled;

• Cut and fit drywall sheets for installation;

• Install and secure drywall sheets to studs or joists;

• Fit and install metal corner beads to protect corners;

• Cover screws in drywall, fill joints, holes and cracks with joint compound, tape over joints;

• Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints, completely prepare drywall surfaces for priming/painting;

• Build acoustical ceilings using metal ceiling grids and lightweight panels.
