Profile

Local DFW contractor looking for a Superintendent. This position will manage and control assigned construction projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, schedule, quality control, and trade contractor and supplier coordination. The Superintendent reports and works directly with the Project Manager leading the project team on the field.
Requirements:
· 8 to 10 years related experience or equivalent role (Commercial, K-12 Education mixed use, corporate or tenant development).
· Team player with field supervision and project management skills.
· Proficient in understanding building plans and specifications.
· Knowledge in wood framing and/or metal framing.
· Understanding of different construction techniques.
· Exterior construction and/or interior finish out experience
· Knowledge and enforcement of safety standards.
· Familiar with MS Project, Word, Excel, Sure-Trak and/or ProCore
· Good written and verbal communication skills
