Humana is seeking a seasoned, passionate, and well-rounded Senior Level Scrum Master who is smart, curious and loves the challenge of building High Performance Agile teams. You will collaborate with your like-minded peers and team members in helping to deliver new features and products to our customers.

Responsibilities

The Senior Scrum Master leads teams through work actions that can be completed within timeboxed iterations called sprints and tracks progress through 15-minute stand-up meetings. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
Scrum Master Certification
Experience with the SDLC
Working experience with IT Teams
Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies
Experience in working in multi-team environment
Strong Technical backgroun
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Certified SAFe
Prior insurance operations background
Technical documentation abilities
Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe development methodology
Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools
Previous experience planning and managing large projects
Prior experience in the health solutions industry
