Reviewing of and finalization of applications and petitions filed with US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Preparing and representation of clients for USCIS interviews. Drafting, reviewing and finalizing briefs, pleadings, motions before Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Representation of clients before the Immigration Courts, BIA and State Juvenile Courts (for SIJS cases). Drafting appeals. Juris Doctorate Degree is required. Immigration, family, or criminal litigation experience is required. Should be admitted to a U.S. State Bar.
