The candidate should be a personal injury/ civil paralegal with Florida experience. 20 hours a week. Required tasks: Management of personal injury cases - client intake and communication, task management and scheduling, communication with insurance rep, file organization (electronic and physical), record gathering, medical record summaries, bill and lien tracking, background and asset checks, demand letters, lien negotiation, settlement documents, draft discovery requests and answers, exhibit preparation. Preferred skills: Online research, Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, Outlook, MyCase, OneDrive and Teams or Zoom. Should preferably have 2+ year of PQE.
