Corporate Attorney with at least 7 years of corporate M&A transactional experience to work exclusively on representations and warranties insurance policy matters. This position will require substantial client interaction and oversight of associates and subject matter specialists. M&A experience involving representations and warranties insurance policies is required. This position can be located in any Akerman office or be a fully remote. The ideal candidate must possess excellent analytical and client-facing/customer service skills, have the ability to work independently, and to work flexible hours. This is a full time position with a 1,800 annual billable hour expectation. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission or the ability to promptly obtain admission in the jurisdiction of resident office location or where the work is being performed.
