Legal Intern
The internship program provides legal and collegiate interns with hands-on experience in all aspects of criminal prosecution. Will work with a supervising attorney on a daily basis in the General Felony Division. Will have the opportunity to assist prosecutors in the preparation of cases for prosecution and will regularly provide assistance in the courtroom. May also have the opportunity to litigate contested matters before the courts. Responsible for setting a regular attendance schedule and complying with all mandates of their academic program, if enrolled. A commitment of 20+ hours/week for 6+ weeks is required.
