The candidate will collaborate with the Owners to create the annual business plan, annual budget, strategic calendar, and regular administrative meetings. Track and direct management of marketing campaigns and. Track, analyze and direct vendors with a focus on optimizing ROI. Supervise, lead, and engage employees. Human Resources compliance including recruitment and onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, management of pay and bonus structures. Oversee annual performance reviews for all employees. Create and improve critical business systems to ensure profitable operations. Analyze key financial reports and KPIs to identify inefficiencies. Improve internal financial controls and financial systems. Vendor and facilities management. Bachelor’s Degree is required. ALA (Association of Legal Administrators) membership is preferred. Law Firm Trust Accounting is required. Several years of work as a Law Firm Administrator and Law Firm Office Management is required. Firm Administrator in firm owned property is preferred. Flat Fee billing/benchmarks model is preferred
