Summer Associate Program
The candidate will contribute to some of the most important, complex securities and antitrust litigation cases currently taking place in the US, including conducting factual and legal research, drafting memoranda of law and case reports, and attending client meetings. Summer associates rotate through two litigation or case analysis groups during the summer. Each summer associate will be embedded within one group for a full four weeks, providing opportunities for meaningful and substantive work assignments, immersion into a particular case, participation in group strategy meetings, and attendance at events such as depositions, court hearings, or client meetings. Will attend a series of formal training sessions aimed to give you practical guidance and real life applications of relevant law and to better prepare you to become a valuable contributor to the team.
