Reviews, triages, and responds to comments, requests, and grievances. The Social Media Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

The Social Media Representative 3 reviews, triages, and responds to comments, requests, and grievances. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

Required Qualifications


1-3 years of technical experience
1 years of customer service experience
Willing to work various shifts based on business need


Preferred Qualifications


Prior proofreading experience
Social Media knowledge
Critical thinking


Additional Information

Weekend shifts include the following options: 34 hours (full-time)

Option-1


9pm Friday to 9am Saturday EST

9pm Saturday to 11:am Sunday EST

12:30pm to 9:00pm Monday EST




Option 2


9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday EST
9:00 a.m. to 11:00 pm Sunday EST
12:30 pm to 9:00 pm Monday EST




Option 3


12:30 a.m. to 9:00 am Sunday - Thursday E
