The candidate should have High school or equivalent. 1 year litigation experience is preferred. Should have 5+ years of experience and solid & stable work history. Must have significant experience with handling heavy document review; complex case document management; trial preparation; experience with Excel, Westlaw/Lexis and Internet research experience is required. Further, the candidate must have excellent communication skills; excellent organizational skills and must be able to handle multiple concurrent assignments/deadlines from inception of case through and including trial. Experience with complex cases and class actions is a plus. Defense side preferred.
