Chapman Financial Services is a full service 3rd party debt collection agency and we are committed to working with individuals to resolve their past due debts.

Chapman Financial Services offers paid training to ensure that our employees have the knowledge required to support our collection staff.
Training consists of understanding the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, (The law that governs debt collectors.) our company policies and procedures, and the ability to use our software to complete your assigned tasks.
Primary Job Duties
Candidates will be required to answer calls using our multiline phone system and transfer the calls accordingly.
Greet both consumers and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Ability to follow instructions
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Data Entry
This is a Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm position and pays $2,100.00 per month
