The candidate will be drafting of pleadings, interrogations, discovery, and related documents. Representation of clients in depositions, mediation, and court hearings. Develop working relationship with court personnel. Should be proficient writing and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient client caseload management; well organized. Must be experienced in closing procedures. Must have JD degree from accredited law school. Should be Member of NC Bar and licensed to practice law in NC.
