EmploymentCrossing finds nearly 90,600 jobs in Florida even after the jobless rate at 10.7%

Parametric Solutions Inc has plans to hire 50 engineers and designers with $85,000 as average salary. Client First Settlement Funding LLC will add 90 workers with average pay of $50,000 over the next three years. The unemployment rate of Palm Beach stood at 11 percent in August and since the collapse in 2008, hiring has been weak. Parametric Solutions has 60 employees currently and is planning to hire inventing-type engineers who can create fuel-efficient turbines. Client First has 130 employees.
While Parametric and Client First has plans to add new jobs, Complete Energy Systems, with just 8 employees, promises to generate 200 jobs in an Austin suburb bartering $1.5 million in incentives from Pflugerville Community Development Corp. the firm has agreed to recruit no less than 100 full-time employees by 2013 and at least 200 by 2014.
