Facility Manager Jobs

The facility manager is responsible for the management of company facilities, organization, and attending of facility request meetings. The facility manager is also responsible for the development of facility proposals for funding. He has to manage the inputs of facilities that are needed from different departments of the company in different projects. The facility manager has to design the technical content of the dissemination/information tools that are part of the company projects, like reports, leaflets, and websites. The facility manager is always in control of the company project finances in close collaboration with the accounts division of the company. The facility manager manages all details of the company events including food and beverage, meeting specifications, audio visual, room block, deposit follow up, and VIP requests.

Requirements for the post include:
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in a similar role;
- Excellent analytical, IT, and organizational skills (incl. budgetary / project management skills).
