Teacher Jobs

A teacher is responsible for imparting education to students so that they have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual, and psychological growth. A teacher identifies, selects, and modifies the pattern of courses and training material to adjust to the needs of the students with different learning styles, special needs, and backgrounds. Teachers communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with parents, and other professionals on a regular basis about the performance and weaknesses of particular students. Teachers perform duties and take up responsibilities as assigned by the headmaster/ headmistress. Responsibilities are according to the performance goals established as part of the annual planning process finalized by the board of the school.

A teacher job requires a bachelor's degree or preferably master's degree in a related field. Teaching experience is always valued in most organizations.
