Flying Jobs

A flying job mostly includes that of an airline pilot, co-pilot, and fight attendant. A pilot is responsible for flying an aircraft safely in and out of a runway. The captain is responsible for the safety of the aircraft and its occupants. Pilots exercise command over the crew, including the co-pilots/ first officers and flight attendants. A co-pilot assists the captain in monitoring flight equipments, handling radio communications, watching air traffic, and taking over flight controls when directed by the captain. A flight attendant is responsible for the safety and personal comfort of airline passengers. Responsibilities include checking passenger safety equipment, greeting passengers on board, and serving them with snacks and drinks.

An airline pilot and co-pilot need to have certain strict qualifications, including certain number of flying hours. They need to maintain certain medical standards that vary according to the license that the pilots hold. A flight attendant should be at least a high school graduate and aged nineteen years or older. A flight attendants must be certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
