Dental Practice Manager Jobs

Dental practice managers provide comprehensive management and business planning advice to their dental clients. They are responsible for managing all staff, including being responsible for their motivation, objective setting, and appraisals. Their job involves recruiting, coaching and developing staff, and implementing agreed review procedures and appropriate training plans.

The ideal candidate for the job of a dental practice manager would have: a strong background (5+ yrs) in dental office management and/or administration; preferably clinical experience in the form of clinical dental assistant and/or hygiene; and multiple office experience.

Interested applicants for dental practice manager job openings must also have demonstrated abilities in internal and external marketing, financial management, and dental software technology. Extensive experience/qualification in managing the financial and business strategies for the practice with interaction with outside accountants will be considered a plus. Practice consultants who have worked with dental practices are also welcome.
