Sales Recruiter Jobs

A sales recruiter is responsible for recruiting sales personnel for the employer or its clients. Specific duties of a sales recruiter include communicating with employers, identifying their needs for sales professionals, understanding the kind of people they are really looking for, visiting job sites to find out about openings and applicants, maintaining a relevant database, making telephone calls to employers and applicants, using contacts in the sales industry to identify prospects, contacting the individuals, providing them with assistance in recruitments, communicating interview schedules, negotiating salaries with both employer and the applicants, negotiating commissions, following up for commissions, and preparing a database of prospects in various industries, performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. A sales recruiter typically reports to recruiting manager.
A sales recruiter should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree. Excellent coordination skills and ability to drive others may be required. Relevant experience as a sales recruiter may be helpful.
