Senior Information Architect Jobs

The primary functions of a senior information architect consist of leading all user experience or information architecture for assigned projects, developing information architecture documents, flow diagrams, site maps, wireframes, use cases, visual walk and other supporting documentation, preparing documents which are accurate and prepare wireframe specifications and preparing documents for usability tests, writing test plans, scenarios and questionnaires. A senior information architect should possess knowledge of industry tools including OmniGraffle, Illustrator and Photoshop, programming technologies, content management systems, user research methodologies and web analytics and user research, usability, and web standards as well as Visio, MS Office Suite, HTML editors, other prototyping and design tools.
The position of a senior information architect demands experience in information architecture development for web-based projects, including websites, web applications and/or PC applications as well as good communication skills and the ability to prioritize projects and problems according to established guidelines and efficient time management skills and problem solving and analytical skills.
