A part time maintenance professional establishes and implements procedures to monitor maintenance, including technical and operator maintenance. He/she has to ensure that the technical staff is competent and qualified to carry out the technical activities. A part time maintenance professional is responsible for engineering store, inventory controls, spares management and generating engineering reports to the management. The responsibilities of this position also include finalizing service contracts and annual maintenance contracts, preparing and presenting budget related data and preparing quality check list for all services and maintaining quality of work at site and resolving equipment failures through systematic trouble shooting and working in coordination with service providers for timely execution of annual maintenance contracts.
